The tables are positioned with a natural flow among the glass structures of a greenhouse with a splendid view, for moments of authentic immersion in the greenery.
Our kitchen works with 3 or 4 ingredients at a time, proposing them with different shapes, textures and ideas, playing with the taste and sensations you can achieve in this way. “Fresh and cooked”, contemporary classic cuisine, in which rigour and fun coexist in an almost entirely marine menu.
